शुल्क की जानकारी Dashboard पर service select करते समय दिखती है। कोई छुपा शुल्क नहीं।

The fee is displayed on the Dashboard when you select a service. No hidden charges.

भुगतान के कई तरीके हैं — Wallet Balance (सबसे आसान), Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Card), PayU, Cashfree। Admin द्वारा कॉन्फ़िगर किए गए gateway उपलब्ध होते हैं।

आपके Wallet में balance होने पर आवेदन के समय Wallet से Pay करें option मिलता है। Balance automatically कट जाता है — कोई OTP या redirect नहीं।

If your Wallet has balance, you get a Pay via Wallet option while applying. Balance is deducted instantly — no OTP or redirect needed.

My Wallet पेज पर जाएं → Recharge करें। Online payment (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree) या Admin के माध्यम से recharge कर सकते हैं।

नहीं, Wallet balance कभी expire नहीं होता। जब तक account active है balance बना रहता है।

पूरी प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार है:

1. LandSeva Portal पर Register करें और Login करें।
2. Dashboard से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र चुनें और Form भरें।
3. निर्धारित शुल्क Pay करें (Wallet / UPI / Net Banking)।
4. भुगतान के बाद PDF Download करें — यह आपका आवेदन प्रारूप है।
5. PDF का प्रिंट लें और आवश्यक दस्तावेज (आधार कार्ड, फोटो, पुराना प्रमाण पत्र आदि) संलग्न करें।
6. पटवारी / सरपंच / पार्षद से प्रारंभिक सत्यापन / हस्ताक्षर कराएं।
7. CSC (कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर) या तहसील कार्यालय में जाकर आवेदन जमा करें।
8. तहसीलदार / सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जाँच के बाद प्रमाण पत्र जारी होगा।

⚠️ ध्यान दें: LandSeva से मिली PDF अंतिम प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है — यह आवेदन प्रारूप है। प्रमाण पत्र सरकारी अधिकारी द्वारा ही जारी होता है।

Full process: Register on LandSeva → Fill form → Pay the applicable fee → Download PDF (application draft) → Attach required documents → Get initial verification from Patwari/Sarpanch → Submit at CSC or Tehsil office → Certificate issued by Tehsildar after verification. Note: The PDF is an application draft, not the final certificate.

PDF मिलने के बाद:
1. PDF का प्रिंट लें।
2. आधार कार्ड, फोटो, और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज के साथ संलग्न करें।
3. पटवारी या सरपंच/पार्षद से सत्यापन / हस्ताक्षर कराएं।
4. नजदीकी CSC (Common Service Centre) या तहसील कार्यालय में जाकर जमा करें।
अधिकारी जाँच के बाद आपको असली प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।

After downloading: (1) Print the PDF, (2) Attach Aadhaar, photo & other required documents, (3) Get attestation from Patwari / Sarpanch / Ward Member, (4) Submit at nearest CSC or Tehsil office. The actual certificate will be issued by the government officer after verification.

LandSeva पर भुगतान के तुरंत बाद PDF (आवेदन प्रारूप) डाउनलोड हो जाती है। इसे दस्तावेजों के साथ तहसील/CSC में जमा करने के बाद सरकारी अधिकारी द्वारा जाँच की जाती है — इसमें 7 से 30 दिन लग सकते हैं (कार्यालय पर निर्भर)।

PDF (application draft) is available immediately after payment on LandSeva. After submitting at Tehsil/CSC with documents, the government officer verifies it — this may take 7 to 30 days depending on the office.

Fees for Uttaradhikar, Batwara, and Simankan are set by admin. The actual fee is shown when you select the service from Dashboard.

आय प्रमाण पत्र: 1 वर्ष। जाति और निवास प्रमाण पत्र: स्थायी (Permanent)। विशेष उपयोग के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकता है।
